Long-term Employment Law Government Contract

Small government contracting company looking to bid on a long-term government contract with local federal agency and needs qualified candidates to support its proposal.  Seeking candidates who have experience with labor, personnel and employment litigation in various forums, including but not limited to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and Federal Courts. Assistance may include, but is not limited to, identification of legal and factual issues, research of factual and legal issues presented, preparation of written discovery and discovery responses, preparation of pleadings, motions and appeals, witness identification and preparation, coordination with cognizant program offices in connection with preparation, conduct and settlement of administrative matters, and participation in depositions, oral arguments, hearings and trials.
