LDM Global is hosting a webinar tomorrow on “European Data Privacy – Consent and Compliance” starting at 11am EST, 4pm GMT.  It will run 1 hour.  The speaker for the webinar is Robert Bond, Head of Information Law at Speechly Bircham (click here), a UK law firm.  Data privacy is a significant issue for global companies and law firms as they try to navigate the often conflicting requirements for document management and review between the US and European countries.  The webinar will focus on interpretations of consent, and the application of consent – including processing, data sharing and transfer outside of the EU.
