As more and more attorneys, law firms, corporations and vendors join the Posse List and exisiting Posse List members move into the nuts and bolts of the tech side of e-discovery, we thought we’d update our e-discovery “primer” posts.  In an e-discovery review, the collections process and its attendant considerations are paramount.  But just what, exactly, are you “collecting” and just what is ESI, information and data?
