The legal media (us included) have reported on the tsunami (current and expected) of subprime litigation. And we’ve waited. And waited.

Navigant Consulting is sponsoring a webcast today entitled “The Subprime Boomerang: After the Writedowns Comes the Litigation” that will examine the landslide of subprime litigation. It may be worth attending if you can.

The panelists are Veronica Rendon and Richard Swanson, partners with Arnold & Porter LLP, and Jeff Nielsen, a Managing Director with Navigant Consulting, Inc. If anyone should know, they should.
