New E-Discovery Committee

The Litigation Section is pleased to announce the formation of an E-Discovery Committee open to all Litigation Section Members.  This new committee will focus entirely on the analysis and discussion of electronic
discovery issues and will offer a variety of educational networking events to help Section members maximize their execution of e-discovery litigation strategies.

The new E-Discovery Committee will be organized and chaired by Conrad Jacoby, founder of efficientEDD, and Courtney Ingraffia Barton, counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP.  Both are experienced litigators whose work focuses
primarily on e-discovery issues.  The new Committee is meant to be highly interactive, and members of the Committee are invited to take an active role in planning and supporting events.

An initial organizational meeting is scheduled for April 16, 2009 from 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Washington, D.C. offices of Crowell & Moring LLP, 1001 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C.

Individuals interested in joining the Committee (at no additional charge to Litigation Section Members) should respond directly to Mr. Jacoby (Conrad@efficientEDD.com) or Ms. Barton (CBarton@crowell.com).
